  • Outbound sales account
  • May have up-trainings / cross-trainings on future processes
  • May be transferred to another account or shift schedule depending on the business need

  • Ability to multi-task in between calls and documentation
  • Accurately documents the amendments requested by the customers and/or what transpired during the call
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions precisely
  • Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials
  • Meets the account’s goals and target metrics
