- May be transferred to another account or shift schedule depending on the business need

- Transcription Services
- Ability to multi-task in between calls and documentation
- Accurately documents the amendments requested by the customers and/or what transpired during the call
- Ability to understand and follow instructions precisely
- Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials
- Meets the account’s goals and target metrics
